How do I place a bid?
Simply find an item you like, enter your maximum bid amount, and click "Place Bid". Our system will automatically bid for you in increments up to your maximum.
What is a buyer's premium?
A buyer's premium is a percentage added to the winning bid. This covers auction fees and is standard in the industry. Our buyer's premium is typically 15%.
How long do I have to pick up my items?
You have 7 days from the auction close date to pick up your items. After that, storage fees may apply.
Can I return items?
Yes! We offer a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, bring it back for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
